The main focus of investigations: the development of new molecular biotechnologies based on the production and the use of recombinant single-domain antibodies (sdAbs, nanobodies) for creating new materials and methods for research, diagnostics and therapy. Development of a method for the antigen tracing in vivo based on nanobody-fluorescent protein fusion probe that is expressing within a living cell or an organism.
