Research interests:

genome, DNA polymorphism, parthenogenesis,

genetic diversity, molecular psychogenetics

Information

Identification and characterization of genome components that determine the genetic and functional characteristics of living systems. In particular, the definition of the mechanism of formation of clonal diversity in parthenospecies Darevskia; development of molecular genetic markers of aggressive and depressive states; identification of molecular genetic adaptations in the parasite host system in trematodes.
